Responsibilities

The PSS Trust Deed and Rules made under the Superannuation Act 1990 together with Product Disclosure Statement and the law govern our relationship with you. They may change from time to time and we will advise you of any change that may have a significant and adverse effect on members generally.

We are responsible for managing the Fund's investment strategy, administration and keeping you informed about your super with the PSS. We are also responsible for responding to your enquiries, complaints and claims.

You are responsible for keeping us informed about how we can contact you and making decisions about your super.
