New, faster service for members and pensioners
To provide you with faster access to information you want about your PSS super or pension, we're upgrading our customer service numbers and email addresses.
We will replace the existing phone number, which was shared with our other Fund (the CSS), with a service dedicated to PSS members and another to PSS pensioners.
The new dedicated numbers and email addresses – see below - will come into effect from 1 October 2005.
The current number (13 23 66) will remain active for some time, however the current email addresses will cease on 1 October.
