Information for first time users
To log in to your account:
- Step 1: You will be prompted to provide two secret questions and answers: they should be questions no one but you can answer.
- Step 2: You will be prompted to create a new secure access number. The number cannot be 123456, or the same number repeated (for example, you cannot choose 666666).
If you forget or want to change your access number, you will have to answer the two questions you gave us. This will allow us to verify your identity so you can create a new access number online rather than resubmit a signed form as is currently required.
