Member Services Online
Are you receiving a pension from the PSS?
If you are, please use
Pensioner Services Online
Member Services Online offers you a range of convenient services to help you manage your super. You can:
- use the i-Estimator to project your potential final benefit (more info)
- update your address (more info)
- choose how you want to receive news about your super
- view and print your member statement (more info)
- pay surcharge and leave without pay (LWOP) contributions via BPAY (more info)
- change your Access Number (more info)
To take advantage of the facilities at Member Services Online, you will need your Access Number. If you do not have an Access Number or it has expired, call us on 1300 000 377 to receive one now.
Information for first time users
To log in to your account:
- Step 1: You will be prompted to provide two secret questions and answers: they should be questions no one but you can answer.
- Step 2: You will be prompted to create a new secure Access Number. The number cannot be 123456, or the same number repeated (for example, you cannot choose 666666).
If you forget or want to change your Access Number, you will have to answer the two questions you gave us. This will allow us to verify your identity so you can create a new Access Number online rather than resubmit a signed form as is currently required.
Pop-up blocker
Member Services Online opens in a new browser window which may not show if you have a pop-up blocker activated. The pop-up blocker should either be de-activated or you should change the settings to allow pop-ups from this site. If you have any queries about this site email members@pss.gov.au
Windows Vista
Members using Windows Vista may experience performance issues while accessing Member Services Online.
If you have rejoined the PSS
If you have rejoined the PSS at any time you will have more than one membership record under different member numbers and you may have an Access Number for each of those records.
In due course those multiple membership records will be linked, allowing you access to your PSS records under a single membership and Access Number. You will be advised in writing when this occurs.
In the meantime you will need to separately access each of your PSS membership records through Member Services Online using the membership and Access Number appropriate to each record.
For more information about multiple memberships please refer to The Facts About Multiple PSS Memberships.
What the i-Estimator can't be used for
You will not be able to use this service at all if:
- you are an associate member as a result of a family law split
- a family law split has been applied to your membership
- you are recognised as a casual employee as at 30 June
- you are aged 70 or over, or
- you have made a switch to the Cash Investment Option (preserved benefit members ONLY).
If you have any questions or require an estimate please call us on 1300 000 377 or by email members@pss.gov.au
