Please have your reference number when you call – it’s shown on the top right-hand corner of your Pension Advice Letter.
You can:
- change your postal address
- change your method of payment – have the following handy: the branch code (BSB) number of the financial institution; your new account number; and the name of the financial institution
- tell us if your superannuation payment has not been received
- ask us for assistance with questions about your pension.
