We are undertaking a major upgrade of our administration system. In order to carry out the changes there will be a temporary disruption to services from 5pm, 10 February to 22 February inclusive. This impacts Member Services Online for military schemes and Pensioner Services Online. PSS Member Services Online will still be available. Pension pay days will continue as normal during this period however, the commencement of new pension benefits will be affected.
